RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOOKKEEPER: * Bookkeeper responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase orders. * Reconcile and balance accounts. Build & Maintain an accurate General Ledger * Manage corporate credit card expenses. * Prepare payroll on a weekly basis, build Job costing reports & enter into CRM software * General office responsibilities i.e. some H.R responsibilities, make copies, answer phones, greet guests.: * Full charge bookkeeping experience * Attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Solid computer skills

Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
