Shop Owner Success Manager (w/m) in Greensburg
Our shop owners range from social media influencers and merchandize entrepreneurs to well-known brands, political campaigns and charities. As Shop Owner Success Manager your main goal is the success of these shop owners supporting them growing their merchandize business. You help them to solve problems, communicate with them pro-actively and invest in their engagement for their and our future success. Know everything about “your” shop owners to maximize our platforms value for them
Measure, analyze and increase our shop owners health and develop a uniquely strong shop owner loyalty
Pro-actively and consistently demonstrate the value and benefits of our platform and all connected services
You coach and support them at different service levels depending on sales volume and engagement level
You work with the Success Management Team to determine patterns and indicators to find high potential shop owners
Must be capable of working independently, in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
Experience with account management, customer service or a sales environment would be perfect
Show good judgement when making business decisions incl. basic common sense and being able to think quickly
Creative but yet analytical outside of the box thinker who is capable of identifying opportunities for shop owners
Collaborative problem solver who takes ownership of issues and has a proactive, positive attitude to drive solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English, French would be a major plus
Strong MS Excel skills are mandatory and basic experience with Data-Warehouse would be an advantage
