Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the schedule for the field service technicians.
- Interpret information from the sales team on projects sold to plan the schedule.
- Answer emergency and other service calls from customers and plan and manage the schedule accordingly.
- Responsible for learning, retaining, and ensuring execution of site-specific information like safety, gate/entry, badging, and other requirements.
- Ensure project and site-specific information is given to and understood by technicians.
- Learn the skills of technicians and schedule them for projects accordingly.
- Learn and understand the scope of work for projects.
- Work with the service coordinator to ensure materials for projects are ordered and ready for when projects are scheduled.
- Develop and maintain positive rapport with the field technicians.
- Regularly communicate with technicians via phone, text, email and in- person.
Requirements:
- Must be able to adapt to the constantly changing demands of customers and be able to adjust the schedule appropriately.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
