LIFEGUARDS: Seeking certified lifeguards and/or those who want to become certified. Lifeguard certification fees 75% reimbursed after 90 day probationary employment period and employment in good standing. Positions available include opening at 5:00 am Monday through Friday and flexible day/evening/weekend shifts throughout the week at the Lebanon YMCA. Commitment, punctuality and people skills are a must. As a Certified Lifeguard, you will be a vital team member responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool guests. With core skills in first aid, swimming, lifeguarding, and CPR, you will be prepared to respond to emergencies and provide immediate assistance when needed.
