Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee an ITSC federal client contract which is a complex organization crossing multiple business units; requiring integration of multiple business processes; possessing high project visibility, impact, and risk; requiring complex reporting and communication at the agency and executive levels.
Duties
- Implementation and management of standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with U.S. Federal Agency's Financial System (e.g. TSA Financials - Oracle ).
- Serves as the single individual responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contract staff & schedules, maintaining regular contact with Government's Organizational Lead and/or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Supervises all project personnel and communicates policies, procedures, and goals of the firm to these employees.
- Is responsible for the overall project plan, project performance, and client satisfaction on multiple project tasks and has multiple task leaders as direct reports.
- Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, and technical performance of contract
- Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules; develops solutions to problems and directs work.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within agreed timeline
- Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
- Provide other related technical and administrative services & duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP Preferred by not required
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures assocaited with a U.S. Agency's Financial System (e.g. TSA Finacials - Oracle).
- Miniumum of 8 years of experience in program management supporting a Federal or DoD Organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Demonstrates writing and oral communication skills and demonstrates proven skills in industry standard programmatic areas.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectivel.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
