Our Software as a Service (SaaS) business is an exciting new area of growth focused on the full continuum of out-of-hospital care settings. The team is building a global portfolio of connected software and services designed to drive more choices and better outcomes for patients and providers. We are looking for individuals with a strategic mindset, business acumen, an entrepreneurial outlook, strong technical capabilities and a “get it done” attitude to help fulfill our vision as the leader in out of hospital solutions.

The Creative Director will be responsible for translating and executing marketing objectives through the collaborative development of original design concepts, prospect and customer marketing campaign creative, digital media production, videos, web creative and brand experiences (online and in person, at trade shows, conferences etc.). They will also be tasked with creating breakthrough concepts that help us effectively bring our company’s products, leadership and brand to our target markets. They will be the driving force behind the Brightree brand in the marketplace, ensuring consistency in look and feel and voice.

In addition to being responsible for creative direction and execution, the Creative Director will manage the Marcom shared services team consisting of responsibility for traffic management, workflow processes & tools, content strategy & creation, event management and internal communications. The end goal of the marcom team is increased collaboration to deliver best in class marketing messages and deliverables that support the overall business objectives of Brightree.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, ability to generate creative concepts, strong communication, team leadership, and a passion for rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. They will work in close collaboration with marketing managers and the head of marketing to expand and grow our company’s sales through the development and implementation of creative concepts that tie to brand strategy, elevate ideas, and expand our thought leadership.

Let's talk about your responsibilities:
Responsible for execution of all creative projects within Brightree
Overseeing the creative processes; the ideation, presentation and execution of marketing campaigns; the profitability and creative quality of projects, and the operational readiness of the creative capabilities of Brightree using both internal and external resources
Directing the marcom function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, work style and other elements support Brightree’s strategic goals
Ensuring that the marcom function is leading edge and drives exception results (leads, awareness, desire, differentiated position)
Listening, asking, hearing, prioritizing and translating business situations, marketing goals and information into strategic campaign concepts, brand voice, messages and rationales
Leading the unified process of marketing/concept/design and post-production execution.

Let's talk about your qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a creative leadership role in a business-to-business or digital agency environment with a minimum of 5 years managing people
Bachelor’s degree in art, design, marketing or related field
Expertise in branding, advertising, collateral, brand identity, and interactive design
Advanced working experience of the fundamentals—interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process and related mediums.
Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes to keep work on budget and schedule.
Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities
Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across competing demands and short- and long-term needs, as timelines, budgets, and availabilities change.
Hands-on ability to drive the creative process from concept through execution
Ability to translate business value into breakthrough creative that drives leads and sets Brightree apart as an industry innovator
Exceptional communication, writing and design skills, and ability to work across business lines and functional areas
Track record of hands-on creative expertise
Managing and executing art direction, design, copywriting and production of projects
Managing outside resources, including vendors, photographers, color separators, printers, freelancers, web and interactive sub-contractors
