We are seeking a Clinical Director for a full-time position in Jonesboro, AR.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Counseling
- Must be fully licensed in Arkansas to practice therapy
- Must have 5 years of experience in Mental Health as an MHP
- Experience and knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of mental dysfunctions
- Two years of Management experience preferred
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee business development for complimentary services lines, including additional tuck-ins and new service lines
- Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of clinical and operational programs
- Identify hiring needs and work with Talent Solutions team to staff in a timely and effective manner the clinical therapy enterprise
- Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team
- Oversee all quality assurance and facility protocols in conjunction with RVP, Medical Director, and Executive Director
- With guidance from the Executive Director or Regional RVP, provide leadership with a variety of defined and ad hoc programs and initiatives
- Enforce company policies and procedures and ensure a safe facility
- Performs duties of Lead MHP when needed
- Provides direct supervision of MHPs and QBHPs as assigned. Also, observation and review of MHPs and QBHPs as assigned.

Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
