World Tavern Entertainment, located near RTP, is seeking a bookkeeper/controller for immediate hire and will consider both full time and part time candidates (min 25 hours).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience, competence in both QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (excel, word) as well as a strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting.
The position is responsible for all bookkeeping duties for the company and its three associated entities. Specific responsibilities include; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Month End Close, Budgeting, P&L Statements and other associated tasks.
The position works closely with our outside accountant for Quarterly reviews and end of year tax preparation.
Our company offers a small-office, team environment. The candidate will have the opportunity to work between home (remotely) and in the office.
Compensation ranges from $38,000 to $45,000 based on experience and a full or part-time schedule.
