Design office in the field of architecture is seeking a full- time bookkeeper to handle the following:
Bank reconciliations Processing accounts payable and receivable
Creating reimbursable invoices
Preparation and posting of monthly journal entries and closings General ledger Account Analysis Sales Tax
Payroll & payroll taxes
Producing financial reports
Inputting and tracking income and expenses
Assisting with the preparation of year-end financials for filing tax returns.
Assist in collections
Assisting the accounts manager with other duties as assigned
Person must be detail oriented, organized, analytical and possess excellent communication skills.
