Design office in the field of architecture is seeking a full- time bookkeeper to handle the following:

Bank reconciliations Processing accounts payable and receivable

Creating reimbursable invoices

Preparation and posting of monthly journal entries and closings General ledger Account Analysis Sales Tax

Payroll & payroll taxes

Producing financial reports

Inputting and tracking income and expenses

Assisting with the preparation of year-end financials for filing tax returns.

Assist in collections

Maintaining files

Assisting the accounts manager with other duties as assigned

Person must be detail oriented, organized, analytical and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Ideal candidate must have a Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Bookkeeper.
  • Associates Degree in Accounting/Bookkeeping/Finance a plus.
  • Must have an excellent knowledge of Quickbooks- this is very important** and is proficient using the contractor version.
  • Also required is an excellent knowledge of excel and Microsoft Office Products
