Primary Responsibilities:
On a daily basis is responsible for processing company mail
Responsible to pick up and deliver mail to and from the Post Office and designated IPA’s
Delivers and distributes mail to departments as needed
Responsible for maintaining mailroom equipment and inventory of supplies
Responsible for all items that are to be shipped, i.e. UPS
Responsible for department mailing jobs through the Inserter equipment
Opens and date stamps department mail
Responsible for running monthly postage report
Monitors and maintains EMS system users

Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalency GED
1+year of Customer Service experience
Clean driving record and valid California license
Must be able to lift 50lbs and ability to maneuver a dolly
Previous Mailroom or shipping/receiving experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Some standing, walking, occasional sitting, and some lifting
Familiarity of Microsoft applications - Outlook and Excel
