We're seeking a General Manager who can quickly identify risks and develop solutions. Our ideal candidate has experience in the hospitality industry and is professional, approachable and a strong team player. This position requires a variety of skills, and we're interested in hearing from applicants with experience in the following areas: nighlife/bar/restaurant management, human resources, training and development, operations management and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Be a leader and mentor to the team.
- Budget and manage resources.
- Develop a strategy for growth and profitability.
- Previous nightlife - bar - nightclub experience required
- Working knowledge of general operations, including personnel management, placing orderings, admin work, POS systems etc
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs following budgets
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- They will ensure efficient bar operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations to deliver superior guest services ensuring guests satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Implement innovative approaches to improve productivity and sales
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations
- Create the staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing and payroll costs are met
- Actively network and recruit to secure always having the best staff
- Process payroll and maintain all relevant records
- Track stock levels of supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Be a brand ambassador by promoting the brand in the local community
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
