The Tacori Digital Project Manager is a driving force to getting things done in the Tacori Digital Experience! The Digital Project Manager will help develop and execute website projects, campaigns, and key digital marketing activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Create project plans – identifying project goals, strategies, timelines, and KPIs.
Recognize project issues and elevate them to the appropriate project team members with suggested, well-thought out solutions.
Provide up to date status reporting for all work in progress.
Manage projects to budget ensuring time & resources are aligned to budget and all associated external costs are managed effectively.
Think beyond the project plan – constantly questioning how to add value and how to improve the project.
Execute – keep projects moving toward completion by escalating decision points, proactively flagging issues, and problem solving to maintain momentum.
Provide clear team briefings including background, deliverables, and key milestones.
On-going, clear, reporting of project health to senior management.
Own all administrative paperwork, such as weekly status reports, expense reports, and budget reconciliations.
Supports the Marketing team by providing research and analysis on trends, forecasts, competitors.
Provides day to day support as needed to the Marketing Team leaders.
Build rapport with team members by offering support if they are under pressure if you have time to help out.
Support the senior management team.
Qualifications – Required
Min. 2-3 years of relevant digital experience.
Excellent people and organizational skills.
Strong written skills: the ability to write clear communications, presentations and briefs.
Acute eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Experience – Desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledgeable of website CMS (Magento).
Integrated digital experience is highly desirable.
