American Directions an established National Market Research Firm is expanding and is looking to add additional Floor Supervisors for our largest center in Spokane.

The Floor Supervisor is a critical position and has daily interaction interacts with our call center staff creating and maintaining a positive and professional environment. This position produces quality and production by providing specific direction for the staff and responding to an ever changing fast-paced environment. The individuals in this role maintain the work order and ethic on the floor at all times; ensure that our projects are completed efficiently with timeliness and quality being of the utmost importance. This position requires an individual to be a natural problem solver who has a strong ability to think and react quickly.

We are seeking individuals who have displayed the following skills and attributes throughout their career:

  • Critical Thinking: Use logic and analysis and identify strengths and weaknesses to help solve problems all while providing solutions.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Be able to work with a wide variety of individuals but be persuasive in have the staff approach things differently in a positive manner.
  • Sound Judgment and Decision-Making Skills
  • Be an Active Listener
  • Strong Communication Skills: Speak clearly and persuasively in both positive or negative situations to effectively communicate to wide variety of personalities.
  • Basic Understanding of Simple Math Formulas
  • Software Skills: Intermediate Competency Level for Microsoft Office Suites – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technical Abilities: Has strong technical abilities and the ability to learn new proprietary systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
