Requirements:
-Knowledge on construction field (roofing, siding, etc) preferably
- Previous experience in a customer service or office assistant role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize demanding tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Detail-oriented, reliable and accurate in company knowledge
- Must not exceed 15 miles from office location.
Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls, take messages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for company owner
- Maintain client and business information and update information as necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks such as responding and relaying emails, responding to requests on other advertising and out reaching platforms.
-Keep up with call backs/follow ups, emails, and text messages.
- Organize task by demands
