Shelly Leeke Law Firm is seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Paralegal for a opportunity in our North Charleston, SC office. The salary is based on education and experience. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of workers compensation experience.

In this role, you will research coverage for workers compensation claims.You will generate required workers compensation forms and documents, transcribe dictation, revise or draft documents as directed by supervising attorneys including, but not limited to, briefs, APAs, correspondence, demands, settlement documents and correspondence in a timely fashion. You will keep thorough documentation of notes in Needles and complete various tasks as assigned by attorneys in a timely fashion. You will be responsible for managing the scheduling of attorney calendars by sending requests for client meetings, doctor meetings, IMEs, depositions, meditations, hearings, etc. You will process client mileage reimbursement forms and maintain custody of the physical file. File and update records, correspondence and file documents in an orderly and organized manner per established office procedures.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
