Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage a designated sales territory to maximize revenue and market share.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products in the assigned territory.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve products assortments and services.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales or business development, preferably in retail sales environments.
- Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in both English/Spanish and Hindi.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective product demos that resonate with diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
