Rapidly growing, established company early in their growth curve with operations in Baltimore, Washington D.C., Indianapolis, Kansas City and Phoenix with an appetite for expansion throughout the US. The company provides services to assist their clients with revenue growth and market exposure. The Regional Vice President of Partner Services (Executive Account Manager) will develop strong relationships with client CEO’s and their sales teams in the area and become an important resource by assisting them with the development and execution of strategies using the company’s proprietary business development platform. Local travel only. The client base includes many well-known brands across 60+ industries. In addition to managing client relationships, you will lead/facilitate dynamic meetings with executives and sales teams from multiple clients.

Our business model is designed to serve the middle market business community. We provide training, tools, strategy and support to generate measurable results for our clients. Some of your duties would include:

  • Working with clients’ management teams to provide creative strategies, set the appropriate goals, document the plan, create accountability and buy-in with their sales teams
  • Participate and contribute in weekly training and development calls with peers with the purpose of developing your skills and contributing to the growth and direction of future company services
  • Company culture of helping each other to succeed, challenging each other to improve their craft and improve our client services
  • Building strong relationships through regular face to face meetings
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Leading and facilitating various meetings with multiple clients in attendance
  • Developing new business opportunities promoting future growth of our services
  • Motivating and training all levels in clients’ organizations
  • Maintaining company databases, partner call activity and contact information

Total Compensation is $90-$100k, with $60-$70k as base salary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Marketing or Business Administration degree is preferred
  • At least 5-10 years of business experience including:
  • 4-5 years of recent successful business experience selling or providing services to C-level AND/OR
  • 4-5 years of recent successful business experience in account management, and client relationship building at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a growing company that values its team members and challenges them to be the best that they can be
  • Strong presentation skills are a must and a training background is helpful
  • Ability to work independently, yet work effectively within a team environment
  • Independent, motivated, analytical, organized team player with thorough follow-up skills
  • Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office products
  • Promotion opportunities for the those that demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships and that can sell our services to CEO’s

Total Compensation is $90-$100k, with $60-$70k as base salary.
