Supervise all aspects of kitchen and EDR operations as well as work with the FOH team members in the Cottonwood Restaurant, mentor and develop cooks, issues instructions whether verbal or written, coach, train, hire and assign duties in a manner which is fair, monitor quality of food and service, enforce Indian Head Casino policy and procedures, handle customer and employee complaints, computer knowledge, be able to cover shifts, complete end of the month inventory, ordering, menu planning, special events, maintain excellent and professional communication with all Food & Beverage and Indian Head Casino employees, adherence to Health Code Standards.

High School Diploma/GED preferred. Culinary Arts certificate or related degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred. Five (5) years progressive experience in a culinary setting, knowledge of Health Code regulations, intermediate level experience with various computer software programs and Mastery in delegating and multiple tasks. Must be able to pass the OSP background to obtain gaming license.
