About the Job:
Working from our downtown Boston location, and reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll help define and implement a rock-solid workflow that empowers our team of writers, print and digital designers, video creators, and coders to produce consistently excellent marketing materials. Training creative and client teams how to use project management software and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Capturing ongoing process improvement recommendations and working with our software vendor to implement “tweaks” that improve our workflow over time
Organizing project and campaign kick off meetings
Assigning creative teams and managing their workloads
Supervising production schedules
Shepherding review and approval cycles
Communicating deadlines and helping the team consistently deliver on time
Identifying resource efficiencies and implementing process updates accordingly—ongoing
Scoping projects and developing optimized, but realistic delivery timelines
Participating in quarterly process review and improvement planning
You’ll deliver value to the company, and grow your career, by meeting or exceeding the key performance indicators aligned with the implementation and evolution of our production process over time.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where juggling deadlines, managing change, and making clients happy are all part of a good day’s work. You’ll manage the on-time delivery of an expansive array of deliverables that include, but are not limited to:
Sales enablement materials
Conference and events materials
