The ideal candidate should have some experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales, leases, and financing. Candidates should also be knowledgeable in drafting real estate and other other business contracts.
Job Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Some residential & commercial real estate transaction experience
- Experience with drafting real estate and other business contracts
Salary commensurate with experience.
