Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in the South Central US region. This role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in sales with a passion for the pet industry. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, comfortable interacting with customers, and excited about the opportunity to grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of retail sales activities to help achieve business goals.
- Assist in developing relationships with pet retailers, distributors, and brokers.
- Participate in product training and presentations for store accounts, both in person and virtually.
- Help with product placement and merchandising within accounts.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support regional promotional campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and attending trade shows and public events within the region.
Qualifications:
- Passion for the pet industry and a desire to learn about sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Comfortable with in-person and virtual interactions, including presentations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.

Schedule:
- Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
