Worldmedia Interactive is looking for a Mid-level Programmatic Advertising Trader that can hit the ground running.
Who You Are
To apply for this position, you should be a highly motivated individual with a strong hands-on programmatic trading background to join our rapidly growing Programmatic team. The Programmatic Trader works closely with multiple internal teams to execute programmatic media campaigns from start to finish.
Deep understanding of campaign management and optimization strategies across mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, and audio (bid management, tactics, data, and audience analysis, etc.)
Execute programmatic campaigns in various DSPs from start to finish.
Actively monitor/analyze campaign data for delivery versus established client goals (ROI, ROAS, Cost per Booking, Cost of Sale and various benchmarks.)
Extract and deliver insightful findings for client reports while identifying optimization opportunities to implement both in real-time and long term.
Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners and internal teams.
Identify and account for reporting and data discrepancies, working to ensure accurate campaign results.
Responsible for the budget spend, reconciliation, and pacing for your direct reports
Participate in internal team meetings on key topics or with important media/technology partners
Embrace new opportunities to learn more about and test new automated buying approaches, platforms, technologies, and creatives.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2-3 years of experience with self-serve DSPs and related platforms (DoubleClick Bid Manager, Amobee, GroundTruth, Adobe.)
Knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting tactics, including dynamic creative, CRM, site retargeting, search retargeting, keyword contextual, affinity and look-a-like.
Experience working with third-party ad-servers, data management platforms and CRM data platforms including, but not limited to, Double-Click, Double-Verify, and Salesforce.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
General understanding of digital advertising, digital media strategy, ad placement type, placement-level insight, and standard media metrics.
Experience managing and coordinating efforts across various teams/offices.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills with attention to detail, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics a plus.
