Support acquisition planning of the corporate product list. Develop, maintain, and deliver a software asset inventory for all software utilized on the NRO-owned networks, and Programs of Record for which COMM is functionally responsible to the Government. Document, track, maintain, and deliver the inventory of NRO software to the Government. Develop and deliver technical feedback to the Government regarding the development of requirements. Support license consumption tracking and management. Develop and deliver process recommendations to the Government regarding the reporting of software consumption, including metrics. Document, track, maintain, and deliver software consumption reports to the Government. Provide recommendations to the Government regarding the terms and conditions of licensing agreements. Assess the terms and conditions of existing license agreements and provide recommendations of further metrics or data that can be used to demonstrate compliance, as appropriate, to the Government. Provide recommended approaches to the Government to establish and manage licensing contacts with vendors. Support the government in collecting ELA software requirements and identifying funding Work with OEM and vendors to purchase ELA software and use ELAs to purchase software for the NRO. Support the government in notifying all current NRO COTS software users (non-ELA and ELA) for upcoming software renewals. Support the government in providing all current NRO COTS software users (non-ELA and ELA) their current software entitlement information upon request. Support the government in providing the government ELA software costing information and quotes of ELA products. Support the government for non-ELA software and IT Hardware initial purchases. Support the government's use of a project costing tool. Develop and deliver reports to the Government to support the maintenance and validation of the corporate product list.

Tasks:

Experience: 8 - 12 years of relevant experience
