Position Overview:

If so, we want you to join our team as a Daytime Server! As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and seat them in a timely manner
Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests throughout their dining experience
Present menus, make recommendations and take accurate orders
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
Anticipate guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Build rapport with guests and cultivate a loyal clientele base
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pizza and pasta dishes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
Ability to work daytime shifts, including weekends
Must be reliable and punctual
TIPS certification preferred
