CACI is seeking a cleared Enterprise Architect - DoDAF supports the Department of the Army to manage the design of network/system framework to integrate and enhance current DoD capabilities as part of the larger IT enterprise. You will also perform mission engineering to imagine the art-of-the-possible based on an understanding of emerging customer needs and industry trends, develop new concepts of operations, and develop and guide research & development plans as part of a multi-disciplined team dedicated to delivering world-class solutions. Examine a wide variety of materials from narrative, tabular, graphic, and architectural sources for data quality and architectural veracity to facilitate data clean-up and exchange activities.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Develop DoDAF architectural artifacts using Magicdraw/Cameo Enterprise Architecture (MD/CEA) to support JCIDS Capability Development Document (CDD) generation and subsequent Capability Drop (CDs)
Identify data quality issues, develop and perform manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated cleanup procedures on source documents and architectures
Develop and execute extract, transform, and load (ETL) solutions to exchange data between disparate architectures and MD/CEA DoDAF architecture project.
Develop custom MD/CEA artifacts and reports to support client needs.
Generate complementary MS Visio graphics and artifacts as needed.
More About The Role:
Minimal travel required to Pentagon.
Periodic travel required to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.
Regular work location is Annapolis Junction, MD with some remote work available.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active DoD TS/SCI Security clearance.
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
A minimum of five years' experience generating Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts supporting at least three of the following:
JCIDS Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), Capability Development Document (CDD), or Capability Production Document (CPD) development
Tailored Information Support Plan (TISP)/Information Support Plan (ISP) development
System, System of System (SoS), or Family of Systems (FoS) engineering
Deep experience with Dassault Systems/No Magic Magicdraw/Cameo Enterprise Architect (MD/CEA) is required with specific involvement in:
Help determine artifact data elements needed to support CDD development
Developing extract, transform, load (ETL) procedures to prepare data for import
Map and import prepared data into artifact data elements using MD/CEA functions
Customize artifacts and artifact data elements
Develop and customize reports
Modify or develop UML/SysML profiles
Additional experience in the following areas is ideal:
Model requirements using either MD/CEA, the Requirements Modeler plugin, or DOORS
Familiarity with developing fit-for-purpose artifacts in MS Visio
Technical writing experience in a classified setting
Acquisition program of record (POR), program executive office (PEO), or product manager (PdM) activities
Key System Attributes (KSA)/Key Performance Parameter (KPP) modeling
Information technology infrastructure, data center, or cloud operations
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience in U.S. Army system development/enterprise architecture efforts.
Experience in intelligence systems development/architecture efforts.
A working knowledge and experience developing Unified Profile for DoDAF/MODAF) UPDM or Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) artifacts.
