Position: Maintenance Mechanic A
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Pay: $25 to $45/hour (depending on experience)
Experience: 5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience required
Education: High school diploma or GED
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, 5:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. (2-2-3 schedule)
Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic A to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Performs mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment
- Records work done on forms provided
- Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Identifies parts needed and maintains inventory of parts in stockroom
- Performs efficient equipment changeovers
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of fabricating, pneumatics, welding and rigging required
- Good machine shop skills required
- Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems
- Fluent troubleshooting techniques required
- Good oral and written communication skills required
- Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently
