A Plus Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. We are looking for someone that is reliable, dependable, detail oriented, a fast learner.

Responsibilities include:

- Be on time! Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

- Daily clerical and reception duties include but are not limited to answering and directing calls and emails, filing and faxing, processing new contracts and scheduling and maintaining contact with our Project Manager and install crews throughout the day

- Word processing, debt calculations, loan processing, data entry, etc.

- Creating and updating various spreadsheets and forms in a timely manner

- Scheduling new customer sales and installations, etc.

- Minor payroll duties

The ideal candidate will have each of the following:

- Ability to multi task, handle stressful situations, and problem solver

- Diligent and a fast, willing learner

- Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, Quick Books and ability to research over internet

- Excellent customer service skills, organizational and planning skills.

- Ability to maintain and handle multiple Technicians' calendars

- Great verbal and written communication skills

Education:
