St. Luke's is looking for a Full Time (1.0 FTE) Talent Program Manager to join our team.
The Talent Program Manager will work across the organization to support the employee experience, position St. Luke’s as an employer of choice and assist with creating a best in class workforce. The Program Manager will play an important role in shaping many of St. Luke’s Health System strategic talent programs including our employment brand and sourcing initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to manage the design, development and implementation of these initiatives and policies.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience: 3 years’ of experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Essential Job Functions
Assess, develop, implement, evaluate and manage key Talent programs that impact our employment brand and internal employee experience.
Develop and implement an employment brand framework as well as processes and graphic templates to support the employee lifecycle including talent attraction, onboarding, career development and engagement.
Design, develop and implement multi-channel strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and desirability of St. Luke’s as a top employer and support recruiting efforts.
Serve as a consultant on internal HR communications to ensure consistency of design and messaging.
Create original content and lead internal storytelling efforts as needed including but not limited to scripts, interviews and partnership management.
Manage Talent events, Leadership Conferences, and subsequent design and logistics needs.
Analyze and present data to support leadership decision-making.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Excellent writer and editor with strong ability to proofread
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to interpret campaign results and feedback
