Job Title: Customer Service Call Center Rep
This individual would be responsible for making and handling outbound collection calls and ensuring that calls are forwarded to the correct designated collector. This position requires knowledge of the collections industry, rules and regulations, litigation process and transacting the outbound calls of the Collections Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All duties and responsibilities are to be completed within the required period as outlined by the department manager and work standards.
Handle outbound collection calls
Ability to work in a high volume environment, making 150-200 calls per day
Gain knowledge on specific client policies and procedures as it relates to the collection process
Responsible for notating accounts in the electronic company database
Education and Experience:
1-2 years experience in collections and/or client services industry.
