Technical Support Specialist

  • Configuration, support, and troubleshooting client systems
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of technical issues and customer support calls
  • Conducting customer training sessions
  • Creating training materials and product tutorials

Primary Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of current operating systems, web browsers, and Office applications
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues with an emphasis on customer service
  • Ability to maintain composure while troubleshooting and solving issues
  • Excellent written and communication skill
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
  • Proven experience in a customer support role
  • Understanding of underground utilities and construction
