Job Summary:
The Tours Assistant is responsible for assisting in all activities within the Tours Department for both public and private stadium tours. This position will report to the Stadium Event Sales Manager.

Job Duties:
Assist in developing all aspects of Tours Department including but not limited to; creating all-new tours script for memorization, scouting locations within Nissan Stadium, working with internal departments on needed implementation.
Plan and coordinate guided tours of Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans, that inform our guests and create excitement for fans.
Creatively market and actively promote the department to new audiences.
Strive to increase bookings; coordinate invoices and payments.
Assist in creation and implementation of new tours programming at Nissan Stadium to increase return on investment.
Establish additional relationships with local schools and state education resources to activate and improve onsite educational tour curriculum and programs.
Respond in a timely manner to calls, inquiries, and emails
Work closely with Nissan Stadium box office and/or Team Store on ticket generation and point of sale.
Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the office.
Provide fulfilling and quality experiences for all guests who partake in Nissan Stadium experiences including corporate activities, special events, private tour groups, and public tours.
Maximum of 29 hours/week

High level of demonstrated professionalism.
Experience working with children is required.
Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, and weekends. Schedule will include working Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Proven sales experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects to extreme detail and within deadlines.
Ability to establish, develop, and maintain good working relationships with clients.
Outgoing personality, maybe even “Theatrical”! True definition of a “Team Player”.
Creative, Energetic, and proactive approach to work.
Ability to memorize script material.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Other languages a plus.
Computer literate with knowledge of various computer programs. Ability to present creative material to graphics department in order to build Titans branded marketing material.
Ability to anticipate and make recommendations based upon the needs of clients.
Any experience with programming a plus.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, sports marketing, sales, business administration or related field or related experience.
1 - 2 years’ experience in hospitality or special events environment; sports or entertainment experience preferred.
Demonstrated quick learner with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work well with and manage different personalities.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong writing and organizational skills.
Creative marketing and special events minded individual.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Ability to regularly stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to handle, and climb stairs.
Position requires walking very long distances
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, on occasion.
Ability to speak to crowds for long periods of time.
Position will work in an office and stadium environment. The noise level is usually moderate, but can be loud within the stadium atmosphere. Must be able to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions and within a stadium environment.
