General Responsibilities

Responsible for the executive support for Mercy Accountable Care (MAC) and MHS Clinical Transformation Senior Leadership. Assures consistent day-to-day coordination of administrative departmental activities. In collaboration with MAC and MHS Clinical Transformation Senior Leadership, coordinates activities associated with physician performance monitoring and practice transformational initiatives. In collaboration with MAC Senior Leadership, coordinates all activity associated with the MAC Board and Board committees, as well as acts as coordinator and liaison for all managed care and governmental payer agreements.

Basic Qualifications

Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills: Ability to manage multiple and ever-changing priorities
Ability to communicate with leaders and business owners providing a clear understanding of appropriate solutions to support and enhance business needs
Ability to apply appropriate project management methodology. Strong problem solving skills, ability to meet deadlines and achieve quality results
Excellent technical skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong team management and problem solving skills
Ability to confirm shifting priorities, demands and timeline through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience: At least 3 to 5 years experience in healthcare with knowledge of health insurance and medical technology strongly preferred.
