You make the magic happen. You help bring no-way-that’s-possible, jaw-dropping digital ideas to life. Details are your friend, and you love absorbing new information. You really enjoy spreadsheets and checklists, and production because you are so creative. Most people see that as a contradiction, but not you. Your hemispheres are highly synchronized, and that, my friend, is your super power.

This role requires an understanding and strong foundation of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability of making sure the creative vision is carried out efficiently and consistently, with the ultimate goal of producing the highest level of quality in every aspect.

Assist creatives as needed for creative-led projects.
Translate creative layouts and ideas into production ready, brand-aligned deliverables and versions.
Ensures the quality, craft and implementation of all work on assigned projects.
Responsible for maintaining expert familiarity with client brand guidelines.
Sound understanding of both print and web mediums.
Create comp art for presentations, print, 3D, mockups, digital and OOH.
Assist with in-house photography shoots as requested.
Provide support for studio large format printers.
Provide new business support, sometimes after hours or on weekends.
Occasional travel in support of pitches.
Create presentation artwork, charts and iconography.

Extremely detail-oriented, organized, an expert communicator, comfortable following direction, can balance short deadlines with expert attention to detail, all in a fast-paced environment. Able to juggle multiple job responsibilities and can produce results independently as well as collaboratively on a team.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in design or production, preferably in interactive production or digital media.
Has demonstrated expertise in graphic software specifically Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Word, Sketch, Keynote, Animate and After Effects.
