Currently we are seeking a Salon Sales Consultant to help support our growing portfolio of accounts. The SSC is responsible to work closely with salons to build solid relationships with management and stylists. The objective is to increase sales in new and existing accounts while developing the brand awareness within the assigned territories. The ideal candidate will develop the maximum sales potential of existing professional salon accounts while increasing market share by developing business plans, and implementing specific manufacturer campaigns.

This position works closely with the Business Development Manager to maximize sales and education potential in salon accounts and reports to the Business Development Manager. 15% commission paid on all sales above base salary.


  • Work with existing salon management to identify opportunity areas for growth with concept USA brands.
  • Identify and establish rapport with key accounts (active/potential)
  • Regularly communicate with Business Development Manager (in person and via the phone) to effectively promote the purchase, sell-through and support of concept USA products, promotions and programs.
  • Function independently with a high degree of proficiency
  • Present concept USA products, promotions, programs, and materials to Salon personnel for purchasing and investment decisions to maximize sales.
  • Facilitate salon meetings and sales training's as required
  • Actively participates in salon events.
  • Communicate all valuable information attained in the field to marketing, sales, and education to assist in development of future planning
  • Consistently monitor salon purchases and sales out while developing individual action plans for maximum success
  • Apply learned product knowledge to accomplish and exceed sales objectives.
  • Monitors and evaluates the sales activities and products of competitors’ brands.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
