Description of Duties/Essential Functions

Under direction, performs a variety of complex or specialized clerical functions; typing, record processing, data entry, secretarial and general office support functions; determines work methods and procedures to complete assignments; provides information and assistance to explain or clarify rules, processes or procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and two years of office experience. Requires the ability to type accurately at 45 words per minute. Requires extensive knowledge of office practices, procedures and programs. Requires ability to operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment. Requires ability to utilize carious computer software applications to access, enter/verify data and produce reports.

Anticipated Starting Salary: $2,960/month
Current Bargaining Unit Employees – CBA language applies
Full Bargaining Unit/MC Range: $2,960-$4,065/month
