seeking an energetic and motivated full-time Business Development Representatives. We are experiencing unprecedented growth which means rapid

About the Business Development Team
The Business Development team at Coastal Windows & Exteriors operates as the bridge between our marketing efforts and sales team, focusing on generating new business through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of bringing new customers into the Coastal family. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced team with varied future customers and personalized training and career opportunities.
BDRs consistently make a tangible impact in the Sales Development Organization by generating millions of dollars of new business each year.

Who You Are
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to being successful.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and
- Word).
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals.
- 100% reliable, able to come to work in the office and detail oriented.
- Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.
Compensation
- $40,000-$70,000 year 1 on target earnings (Top Earners making $80k+)

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
- Work Location: In person
