Role Summary/Purpose:
In this role the AVP, Digital Innovation will be responsible for leading the Mobile App product feature implementations for CareCredit, focusing on driving application and revenue growth through improved user experience, functionality, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and a strong project management and Agile background working with cross functional teams; specifically, IT, Marketing, Sales and Operations. This individual will collaborate with the Marketing Innovation Team, and other strategic partners to deliver best in class Mobile pp consumer experiences.

Essential Responsibilities

Business Product Owner for the CareCredit Mobile App, responsible for oversight/leadership of the product/service, testing and adoption to ensure delivery against business expectations and goals.
Drive Mobile App strategy, including proposing new functionality based on sound research, VOC and analytics.
Manage relevant digital reporting and metrics.
Interface with cross-functional departments including Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Training, IT and Analytics to define key performance indicators and support digital and business objectives.
Serve as the business project manager on agile projects, to assist the Center of Excellence (COE) and IT teams with the build and execution of products.
Develop, pilot, and commercialize new products, technologies, partnerships and innovation projects for healthcare and retail markets.
Participate in/support broader Digital Team objectives, including business development presentations, BOLT Sessions, and client engagements.
Understand consumer and digital marketing trends, consumer purchase cycles and best practices in mobile UX and development.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelors’ degree required or GED with equivalent experience.
5+ years in digital marketing roles required: ecommerce, mobile/website design, and web development.
5+ years’ experience managing relationships with agencies.
Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desired Characteristics:
Agency management experience.
Familiarity and experience working with agile development teams and processes.
Experience with native app design and development.
Copywriting or other experience in professional writing.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action rather than analysis. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with little supervision.
Finance and/or healthcare background.
Strong analytic skills.

Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
Effective 1-1-18, new hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 70,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
