The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.

The SAP Software Logistics Specialist's duties will include:
Conduct configuration of transport domains, transport groups, transport layer and transport paths.
Execute and monitor transports.
Analyze and delete errors during transports.
Install SAP or other IT systems support packages, changes, and SAP notes.
Plan and execute client copies and transports.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Experience in SAP HANA.
SAP NetWeaver administration knowledge.
Experience with the following: SAP ECC, other IT systems, BOBJ, BI, GRC, PI, SolMan, SLD, Tableau, PRISM, Version One, Worksoft, Uperform, Opentext xECM, ILM, TDMS administration, etc.
Knowledge of SAP integration with hardware, operating system, and cluster solution.
Knowledge of SAP integration with the backup solution.
Knowledge of SAP integration with VMware and NEtapp tools.
Expertise required in: SAP Web Application Server (SAP Web AS); SAP Data Dictionary; SAP Software logistics; SAP system and client concept.
Familiar with SAP Transport Management System (TMS), SAP Computer Center Management System (CCMS), SAP Solution Manager.
Knowledge of Oracle administration – RDBMS, SQL, Advanced Compression, partitioning, encryption, Oracle Active Data Guard or GoldenGate.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Active Public Trust clearance.
System Administration (Oracle DB) with SAP NetWeaver 7.31.
System Administration (Oracle DB) with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 EHP2 or higher.
SAP Solution Manager (Root Cause Analysis) 7.1 SP8 or higher.
SAP Solution Manager (E2E Solution Operations) 7.1 SP8 or higher.
OS/DB Migration for SAP NetWeaver 7.30 or higher.
Administration and Operations with SAP BI 7.3 and SAP BI 4.0 or higher.
Business Intelligence with SAP BI 7.3 and SAP BI 4.0 or higher.
SAP HANA 1.0 or higher.
SAP NetWeaver Portal 7.02 or higher.
