Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Duties: - Manage and supervise the shift operations, including opening and closing procedures - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Train and develop team members on proper procedures, customer service, and product knowledge - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and reporting - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with scheduling and staffing needs - Collaborate with other managers to ensure smooth operations across all shifts Skills: - Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management - Experience with retail math for sales analysis and forecasting - Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety protocols - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and vendors - Proven ability to lead a team and provide guidance in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
