Tadych's Econofoods Iron Mountain, MI family owned and operated for 50+ years has an opening for an experienced Assistant Meat Manager who is friendly, energetic, & customer service detailed. Meat cutting & wrapping experience with beef, pork, chicken, grinds, etc.
Qualifications:
*Responsible for the duties of the Meat Manager in his/her absence.
*Performs all the duties of a meat cutter & wrapper
*Cuts meat as to obtain the maximum amount of profit from a cut within company guidelines.
* Cuts, trims, wraps, & displays all products handled through out the department.
* Cleans & maintains equipment, cases & coolers properly as per company guidelines.
* Experience on a meat saw, slicer, grinder & cutting with knives.
* Able to work in cold, damp conditions
