About Us: APPS Paramedical Service performs mobile phlebotomy for the life insurance industry, while Pro Expo LV hosts expos for Senior Citizens and Veterans through our LivingWell Senior Expo and LivingWell Veteran Expo.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Specialist, and an Operations Specialist to split their time with both businesses. Join our team and help drive the success of both businesses.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media, and boosting brand awareness. You'll also work closely with insurance agents to schedule Life Insurance Medical Exams and take on additional operational office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans for Pro Expo LV.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to attract and retain customers.
- Market, promote, and attend events for the LivingWell Senior Expo and LivingWell Veteran Expo.
- Collaborate with team members to design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements using Canva.
- Place marketing ads in magazines, local publications, newspapers, digital platforms, & radio.
- Conduct marketing surveys at the expos to identify the most effective ways to allocate marketing budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Attend senior expos to obtain video & picture content.
- Outbound and Inbound calls to schedule Life Insurance Medical Exams.
- Assist with various operational tasks, including managing billing, correcting paperwork, handling emails, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Practical Experience.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in event planning industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Creative thinker.
- Familiarity with Canva design software.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manners
- Motivated to deliver high-quality work
- Have a good attitude & be willing to learn - we can teach you.
