Atiim has a great product in a massively huge market. We great 265% in sales last year and we're scaling our sales team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an amazing role at the front line of the company.

As an SDR, you will go through our internal Sales Training program and be able to immediately start growing your career and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Source pipeline via phone and email outreach based on our prospect database and your own research
  • Make outbound dials to prospect and find new opportunities for Atiim
  • Generate qualified opportunities for the inside sales team to convert and close
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline goals
  • Develop, present and implement plans for acquiring new business and traction in your assigned area
  • Complete our sales training assignments and improving quickly
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced high-growth startup
