We are a Property Management Company (Multi-Family) looking for a dynamic team member to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator. Position requires at least 5 years of Marketing or Multi-family property management experience. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products highly desired. Must be available to travel to portfolio properties, including out of town. Position will be responsible for oversight and analysis of all marketing and advertising efforts, leasing and closing training, creation of marketing campaigns, management of social media, property websites, overall online presence, and creating portfolio wide marketing budget. Must effective be able to convey ideas and goals to a diverse group of personalities.
