We are currently seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to assist the Employee Benefits division in our Perrysburg, OH office. The Associate Financial Analyst will provide assistance & support to the marketing & financial reporting functions of the employee benefits department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Use advanced mathematical and Microsoft Excel skills on a regular basis
Review insurance contracts, proposals, and documents
Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and submit to the market place
Effectively track and monitor RFP responses
Compare benefit plans and identify contractual similarities and differences
Prepare comparison spreadsheets and proposals to meet the needs of the lead analyst
Prepare and conduct financial analysis on an on-going basis for varying types of financing structures and or projects
Assist with risk analysis, monitoring on-going financial performance
Identify and assist with ongoing compliance and reporting requirements
Effectively communicate contract provisions and alternatives to other team members
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, required
Bachelors Degree in relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Risk Mgmt. & Insurance, etc.) preferred
