Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Financial Crimes Risk Management’s mission is to implement and maintain an effective and forward looking Financial Crimes Program that complies with all applicable financial crimes related laws and regulations, and to detect and report to appropriate authorities’ activity that may be indicative of financial crimes in order to safeguard the company, its employees, our customers, and the global community.

The Platform, Initiatives and Project Support (PIPS) team is a fast-paced group of quick learners and self-starters whose passion is to partner with Financial Crimes Investigations, Financial Crimes Analytics, data, technology and testing teams in promoting solutions for our lines of business. PIPS is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Business Systems Consultant Manager 3 position to lead a team of Business Systems Consultant professionals supporting the new Financial Crimes Investigations Case Management and Toolset,that, as liaisons:

Understands data, analytics and their interactions
Plans, conducts and directs analyses of technological solutions from basic to moderately complex business problems and process improvements
Oversees and/or conducts evaluations of business requirements
Recommends appropriate technological alternatives to business line and systems management
Evaluates new and evolving business strategy and technologies, identifying impact on business and recommending/implementing
Provides strong technical and business expertise to ensure effective design, analysis, project management, programming, training, implementation, and maintenance of toolsets.
Identifies risk factors and recommends appropriate controls
May participate in or develop RFPs (Request For Proposal)
May be responsible for vendor oversight and selection
May prepare and/or administer a budget

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of information technology experience
5+ years of management experience in a technology environment

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Understanding of the SDLC (Systems Development Lifecycle) process, design and toolsets
Demonstrated ability to proactively consult, collaborate and influence internal and external clients and business partners
Excellent reputation for partnering with stakeholders and across various teams
Proven leadership skills and drive to exceed expectations

Job Expectations

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
