The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Treasury Management (TM) is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers' cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach.

The Technical Data Analyst will gather and analyze customer requirements, document mapping requirements, consult with internal partners, run test files through end to end, capture/compare the file using a file utility and document any differences in file format or file layout, communicating defects, file layout/differences and offering solutions to minimize customer impact where possible. Mostly focuses on standard /custom (outbound & inbound) New/Maintenance Implementations & highly sensitive customers and complex setups. Act as an internal and external technical consultant and liaison between client areas, technology and business groups by planning, conducting, testing, and directing the analysis of customer solutions and complex business problems. Support & participates in pre-sales conversations with sales partners on creating a solution per customer requirements, reviews WF specifications, performs customer setups in CNX, creates testing scenarios, performs E2E testing & file monitoring for the customer in production. Provides support for Receivables Manager and E-Box product enhancements, supports/executes on internal initiatives ( ex: training, mentorship of new team members)
5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Experience with mainframe processing (TSO, CICS), including running and monitoring jobs.
Experience reading and analyzing industry standard file formats, specifically as relates to payment processing (i.e. EDI, XML, etc.).
Financial Electronic Commerce experience (ACH payments, Lockbox, Wire payments and other payment transactions including both domestic and international).
Experience creating file translation mapping documentation and/or detailed functional requirements.
Ability to work as part of a multi-site virtual team, collaborating via Lync, phone, email, etc.
Experience working with Receivables Manager customer implementations.
Experience with VECTOR: Connexion
Experience reading and analyzing EDI, Flat File, BAI, MOD NACHA and other industry standard file formats (especially financial transactions, i.e. 820, 823, 835) Any other file format knowledge, especially: BAI-I, BAI-II, CSV, NACHA Experience interacting directly with external clients/customers Experience as a liaison between sales/product & development teams.
