Junior Account Manager

IronOrbit is looking for a Junior Account Manager (Jr. AM) to join our team. The ideal candidate embodies a spirit of proactive engagement and relationship building with our clients. The Jr. AM will exhibit an ambitious and self-driven approach to account management, actively seeking opportunities to enhance business operations and expand our service offerings to clients. The role requires a keen focus on customer experience and satisfaction, through close collaboration with sales, presales, project management, and customer success teams to implement strategic roadmaps and monitor key success metrics. This involves exceptional communication skills to leverage established networks and drive new business, building meaningful connections with senior leaders and key decision-makers to foster growth and opportunity. This position requires a unique blend of sociability, passion for technology, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, aiming to exceed our clients’ expectations.
This is a 100% Remote Opportunity.
Shift: 9:00am – 6:00pm PST Monday - Friday
Range: $42,000 - $52,000 Depending on education and experience

Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their specific needs & challenges.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to upsell and cross-sell client portfolio.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals including transactional and net new logos, such as client referrals.
- Manage Request for Quote (RFQ) queue to address all transactional sales requests.
- Collaborate with the marketing team & product manager to develop targeted collateral for cross-selling, upselling, and customer referrals.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate IronOrbit's value.
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners to grow market share & awareness.
- Support channel partners with after-sales activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales engineering, and customer support teams for seamless partner and customer experiences.
- Address and resolve escalated client requests and technical issues effectively.
- Implement and manage a successful client loyalty and retention program, fostering brand loyalty.
- Analyze client feedback to enhance client education, training, and support on IronOrbit's offerings.
- Monitor client satisfaction across your portfolio, utilizing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Regularly track and report on sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use AutoTask, NPS, and CSAT surveys for tracking key account metrics and client interactions.
- Work with the sales & marketing teams to review account health, as well as align with revenue assurance and marketing campaigns.
- Present and explain IronOrbit solutions in alignment with business sales strategies via Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Understand and translate client business and technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Provide strategic planning, technical reviews, and consultations to meet revenue targets.
- Ensure effective communication with various departments for support and feedback on new and existing services.
- Document detailed client interactions, including observations, pain points, and opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in a B2B Account Management role selling IT business solutions, products, or professional services.
- Fluent in English with exceptional and articulate oral and written communication skills in a professional setting talking to clients and conveying information effectively and efficiently.
- Basic understanding and experience selling IT solutions (preferably cloud technology), services, and products with capacity to learn how to align products and services with customer needs.
- Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Software: AutoTask CRM, Hubspot, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.
- Sells consultatively using collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that result in mutual value.
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual that is results oriented, successfully meeting sales targets, quotas, and KPIs
- Agile & Flexible: Capable of transitioning between tasks, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years working in a B2B Account Management environment selling IT business solutions, products, & professional services.
- Advanced understanding and experience selling IT solutions (preferably cloud technology), services, and products with ability to identify which products and services align to customer needs.
- Experience working in or with leading cloud services organizations, and enterprise level clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, including sales, marketing, business development and training.
- Experience working with senior executives (both IT and Finance) to sell cloud-based and managed IT solutions for on-premises, virtualized, and cloud IT Infrastructures.
- Experience with: Dialpad, Kixie, SendinBlue, SalesIntel, Gartner, Barracuda, CrowdStrike, etc.
