Raytheon Intelligence and Information Services (IIS) – Cyber Security & Special Missions (CSM) has an opening for a Director of Customer Engagement over all cyber services contracts for government and commercial clients.

This role will direct and oversee the Program Management Office for Raytheon Cyber Protection Services, which includes various short and long term projects within the dedicated and virtual Security Operations Centers encompassing Alert Monitoring, Threat Hunting and Security Tool Management, as well as Professional Services and Digital Forensics and Incident Response.

Position Location: Sterling, VA

Responsibilities will include:
Guide and lead a team of Program Managers across the organization;
Collaboration with operational directors to ensure successful delivery of all customer engagements;
Oversee successful execution by hybrid delivery team (dedicated analysts, as well as managed services analysts, engineers and security professionals);
Develop, implement and standardize PMO processes and policies;
Manage, track and report on resource utilization;
Customer success and satisfaction;
Oversee and participate in business reviews;
Drive a team of Program Managers towards on-contract growth across all solutions and service offerings;
Track and manage all customer contracts and renewals;
Provide input in solutioning, proposals and sales presentations;
Act as a primary escalation point above the team of Program Managers;
Support growth and scalability from a solutions and development perspective;
Post sales activities, including interviewing, hiring, resource allocations, and successful execution within contract requirements;
Understanding of P&L, margin profitability and level of effort analysis;
The position is not technical hands-on, although it will require working with and understanding technology and cyber security subject matter experts
Occasional travel (<10%) to client sites. Possible limited international travel.
The position does not require a clearance, although Raytheon is able to hold employee clearances.

Required Skills:
8+ years directly related experience;
5+ years demonstrated success leading programs and program managers;
Experience working with client leadership including Security Operations Managers, CISOs and CIOs;
Experience developing, managing, and reporting program schedules, budgets, estimations of level of effort and program plans;
Must be able to work collaboratively across teams and work locations;
Experience working in a matrixed environment;
Proven ability to analyze problems and propose reasonable solutions;
Ability to be organized, detail oriented, develop and document processes;
Communicate effectively – Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Great interpersonal skills to enable establishing working relationships;
Ability to work within a multi-disciplined team;
Proficiency with MS Office Applications including MS Project and Visio;
Good ability to gather information from various sources, both electronic and written to support the development of briefing materials and other projects;
Leadership, assertiveness, results driven, innovative and creative.

Desired Skills:
Understanding of network and system log collection,
Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and
Network Security Monitoring (NSM) tools
Network Security Operations – Hunting, triage, incident response, alert monitoring, forensics;
Ability to assist others in solving problems and work with them to implement the solution;
Results oriented – experience with quick react contracts preferred;
Self-motivated and passionate about Cyber Security.

Required Education (Including Major):
B.S./B.A. in related field (i.e. Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Business, etc.). Significant, directly applicable experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
