For thousands of years, astrology has functioned as social glue, giving people the tools to reflect and connect in real, meaningful ways. Co–Star is bringing astrology into the 21st century with an app people compare to a board meeting with your best friend, your boss, your mother, and the universe, and that therapists recommend to their clients.
The Customer Experience (CX) Associate will support our user base, focusing primarily on addressing inbound user questions and responding to customer service questions posed on social media. This means fielding user inquiries and communicating with a meticulous understanding of Co—Star’s brand voice. You will maintain a dashboard of ongoing progress and build reports based on trending user feedback.
Occasionally, you’ll assist with additional operational and administrative projects. This is an excellent starting point for someone interested in growing into a product, engineering or content role within the organization.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Field incoming user inquiries via our ticket tracking system
Maintain the CX dashboard and monthly reporting
Regularly meet with product and content teams to share user feedback via organized documentation
Improve upon existing ticket response flows, optimizing for auto responses
Maintain an internal guidebook for established CX procedures
Maintain various test accounts to support internal testing across Android and iOS
Draft detailed bug reports
Draft and closely track the progress of your submissions to the Engineering workflow via ticket tracker, ensuring new tickets are drafted when necessary and additional information is captured when a ticket already exists
Monitor beta deployments and store releases to ensure app remains consistent to spec
Chess-mapping level of detail-oriented and organized
Can articulate and outline the basics of bug reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable, flexible problem solver
1-2 years of customer service experience is a plus
