AECOM is seeking a Senior Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Engineer to develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. The successful candidate will analyze user needs, develop software solutions, and design software or customize software for client use to optimize operational efficiency. The candidate will analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.

Essential Duties:
+ The Senior ERP Engineer shall provide expert technical assistance and expertise for assisting with architecture development, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing the overall architecture of the PeopleSoft environments, including business processes, applications, data, third party products and technical infrastructure.

+ The Senior ERP Engineer will be expected to understand all solution components and how they inter-operate to support business processes and management information needs.

+ The Senior ERP Engineer shall be responsible for interface and integration strategies with external systems and processes, including determining, understanding, and maintaining business requirements for those interactions.

+ The Senior ERP Engineer shall be responsible for monitoring and assessing compliance with external requirements.

+ The Senior ERP shall collaborate closely with the senior PeopleSoft consultants/team members to enhance the PeopleSoft capabilities and support.

+ The Senior ERP Engineer shall support communication, demonstration, and business process re-engineering efforts necessary for Army/DoD stakeholders and facilitate incorporation for user feedback into the system development.

+ Frequent travel may be required of this position as needs are identified.

Minimum Requirements

+ Requires Master’s degree and 5 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience.

+ Degrees must be in computer engineering, computer science, or information systems. Experience must be directly associated with deploying and sustaining information systems.

+ This position requires a senior individual with PeopleSoft 9.2 skills in HCM, Portal, Talent Management, Time and Labor, eRecruit, ePay, Self Service, Fluid, User Experience, and PeopleSoft data structures.

+ Requires demonstrated PeopleSoft ERP functional/technical implementation expertise in a large/complex environment, and demonstrated expertise of PeopleSoft development tools, integration methods and related technologies.

+ Must have an active Secret U.S. government security clearance.
